Seasonal Banquet Cook - The Hartford Golf Club

Job Responsibilities: ·
- Plans, monitors, and assists with food production and ensure its quality and consistency during preparation and service execution. ·
- Provides exceptional member and guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food. ·
- Monitors member consumption levels and responds accordingly. ·
- Puts effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality. ·
- Models and promotes good working relationships with Front of House managers and employees. ·
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. ·
- Prepare food for service (e.g. Chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). ·
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. ·
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations. ·
- Clean cooking areas thoroughly ·
- Maintain and store tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking in a high-volume environment.
- They must have excellent meal prep skills and the ability to work nights and weekends.
- They must be SERV Safe certified.
